Stake Khelo Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect You and Us

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stake Khelo — Pakistan's dedicated online gaming platform available at stake-khelo.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Stake Khelo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on Stake, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Stake wallet. The amount you win is the amount settled to your wallet. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your chosen payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round, the hand or spin is void and all staked amounts are returned to players. Game round results that have already been confirmed and settled are final.

6.3 Ludo Games

In the event of a disconnection during a Ludo match, the disconnection policy applicable to the specific table type applies — this is displayed before you join each table. 7. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on Stake, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on Stake.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display errors in your favour on Stake games.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of the outcome of any event, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupted sporting contest.
• Using the Stake platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Charging back a deposit through your payment provider while retaining any winnings or bonus funds derived from that deposit on Stake.

Stake Khelo monitors accounts for unusual activity using automated and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily held while the review is in progress. 8. Intellectual Property

In cases of account closure due to a verified breach, Stake Khelo reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining balance is returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may also close their own Stake account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after standard verification is completed.
